Would you like your portrait taken? Or are you planning an event such as a summer ball, office party, charity dinner or product launch?
If so it’s a perfect opportunity to have some premium quality photography done to record the event.
For a booking and attendance fee of £150.00 I will attend your event with a portable studio and full professional studio lighting equipment and provide fun portraits of you and your family, guests at the party which will be available online here in your own gallery for you to buy the prints you like.
Portrait sessions last for around two hours and include both studio and environmental shots where we will take some natural portraits of you in your home or perhaps around your garden or the local area. This way we will have a nice blend of photography for to choose from.
Your Events Questions Answered
How do we buy the photographs of the event?
Depending on the type of event, I can have the prints available to purchase on the night. Either way, all the photographs will be available to view and purchase via my website and you will have your own dedicated gallery set up on my website.
How far will you travel to cover an event?
I travel everywhere in the UK and abroad with my work. I have a mobile studio and lighting system and I use extended trips as an opportunity to do some of my landscape work so travelling distances is not an issue for me. I do not charge travel for assignments within 10 miles of Canterbury.
What sort of events do you photograph-is it anything from Annual balls and dinners to Christmas parties?
That’s right, I bring my portable studio to an event like a school ball, office summer party or charity ball and set it up so people can have stylish, high quality portraits taken of themselves and their friends and family.
Why should I book you to cover our event?
Timing is everything with events-that and getting good quality photographs that people will enjoy. I’m good at putting people at ease, helping them feel comfortable in front of camera and producing a series of stylish photographs in a short space of time.
I don’t want anyone to be disappointed or have queues of people waiting so it’s vital that I’m efficient on the night and help make the whole event a success..
