 Oia, Santorini, Greece Santorini is famed for its white washed buildings with their blue domes. I found this one late in the afternoon and thought it would make a good silhouette. You could say there is too much 'black' in the right hand portion but often these blank spaces are useful on a commercial level as text can be inserted without interfering with the parts that are well lit. I try and consider all possible uses of my images before I consign them, however reluctantly, to the bin.
