 Oia, Santorini, Greece A typical shot of all that is characteristic about Greece, although finding this gate and framing the bourganvillea behind it took some serious scrambling over the hot volcanic cliff side with only a tripod for balance!
I also opened the gate to make it more prominent within the composition and send a clearer message that this was 'Greece.' Small tweaks like this often make the difference from a 'keeper' to a reject.
