North Downs, Kent, UK Finding the classic countryside scene is not easy-there are usually always telegraph poles, cars (often red ones), silos or water towers that spoil the view.
On this occasion I was pleased to find none of the above and settled into the rythm of taking a picture of a scene that gave me a 'buzz' of satisfaction for having found it after a planned location search. The wind blowing the oilseed rape, the splash of red from the stray poppy and the lovely wisps of cloud combined with a long exposure create a pleasing image of the Kent countryside.
