Turbulent weather always offers the opportubity for something unusual and this fast moving cloud over Ashness Jetty at Derwent Water had all the drama, movement and energy I like. With the jetty composed to reveal as many gaps as possible in the posts and a balance bertween the sky and lake struck I made my exposure over a extended 30 second period to really emphasise the movement in the clouds above.
