Field Notes
After an inauspcious start, the conditions changed in my favour and I enjoyed a memorable period of light here on the north easterly tip of Thanet as the sun rose out acorss the North Sea. The plan was to enjoy a high tide here but to see this combination of light and landscape felt like a real blessing and a rare but special reward for my patience.
