Field Notes
The quiet village of Imerovigli lies between thira and Oia on the top of the cliffs overloking the caldera. It's unique characteristics and geography set it apart and the sweeping views free of much of the jumbled houses built on and into the cliffs in the neighbouring villages lend an exspanive and airy feel.
