The random nature of wild animals is all part and parcel of the fun of capturing them. These sea birds walking across the ice at Oare Marshes didn't seem to offer much in the way of interest until I spotted one far out in front of the pack. Suddenly the idea for the concept of the image; the lone leader out in front, came together. 400mm lens, 1/100 at f8 ISO 400.
